AUTHORS’ GUIDELINES FOR MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

Submission Process:

Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts electronically through the Stardom Journal website submission system. Please visit the Stardom Journal Website: Stardom Journal for submission.

1. MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

Manuscripts should be written in English, adhering to proper grammar and terminology. Submission should occur only once to obtain a unique submission ID number. Multiple submissions for the same manuscript may lead to its disqualification. A Title Page including the title, author(s) name, and affiliation is mandatory. Authors must utilize the journal’s provided template for manuscript preparation. The template can be accessed here.

1-1: English Language Writing

All submissions must be in English. Authors whose first language is not English should ensure their manuscript is written in clear, idiomatic English. The journal does not provide language or copy-editing services; hence, authors are advised to review and edit their manuscripts for grammatical and spelling errors prior to submission.

1-2: New Submissions

Submission to Stardom Journal is entirely online. Authors will be guided step by step through the process of manuscript creation and uploading. Manuscripts may be submitted as a single file, preferably in Word format (.docx), containing all text, figures, and tables.

1-3: References

References must follow the Stardom Journal format consistently. Include author(s) name(s), article title, year of publication, journal abbreviation, article/chapter/book title, volume/issue number, and pagination. The use of DOI is encouraged. Authors can utilize the Crossref Metadata search to match references to DOIs.

1-4: Formatting Requirements

Manuscripts should include essential elements such as Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, Conflict of Interest, and References. Figures and tables should be embedded within the main manuscript file to avoid errors.

1-5: Manuscript Submission and Declaration

Upon submission, all contributing authors must confirm the authenticity and validity of the work. The manuscript should not be under consideration or published elsewhere. Corresponding authors will handle communication with the editorial office.

1-6: Manuscript Submission and Verification

Manuscripts should not have been previously published in print or electronic form, nor be under consideration elsewhere. Authors must provide copies of related or possibly duplicated materials during online submission.

2. MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE

The manuscript should include a title Page, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements, and References, all within a limited file size.

2-1: Title Page

2-2: Manuscript Title

Avoid including locations, countries, or technical abbreviations in the title. Keep it concise and clear.
